The article deals with research of essence of certain aspects of foreign economic activity (FEA) system regulation at the level of industrial entities and formation of their export-oriented activities in terms of integration processes. There was underlined the significance of foreign trade liberalization transformations on the improvement and creation of fundamentally new system of national producer interests protection, which will promote the development of export activity, expand marketing, provide conditions of partnerships under the rules of the deepen Free Trade Area (FTA+) between Ukraine and European Union. It was emphasized the importance of customs policy as the main driving force of foreign trade regulation for providing legitimacy of analysis and consequences of customs and tariff barriers that face national enterprises while entering the foreign market. There was given the view of economic changes that were made during the years of independence and after Ukraine\u2019s accession to the WTO in order to stimulate enterprises\u2019 FEA and volumes of national export. There was interpreted the concept content of customs and tariff relations on the part of key issues and issues of market liberalization. Further, it was characterized the role of customs and tariff regulation in the direction of stimulating and ensuring export-import activity at the level of industrial enterprises\u2019 development and impact of modern tendencies of international economy. In addition, there researched common and divergent elements of understanding the concept of export-oriented activity from the side of influence of customs and tariff relations, non-tariff measures and the system of foreign economic activity regulation. In the end, it was grouped and proposed the structure of FEA regulation system influence on the enterprises\u2019 export-oriented activity formation.
