Changes in the business environment due to the growing global economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic require a radical rethinking of approaches to the management of hospitality industry organizations. After all, the quarantine measures taken by the governments of most countries to slow down the spread of COVID-19 have effectively stopped the activities of many service companies, leading to the loss of their working capital and the accumulation of debt. Therefore, the governments of many countries are developing measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, especially those involved in this area.
\nThe main tasks of information management that are substantiated from the standpoint of information and behavioural economy have been determined. It has been noted that the target settings of the information economy are formed in the means and methods choice field of using the market information asymmetry for increasing added value in the product or service price structure, and the behavioural economy target settings are formed in the maximizing consumer value field through the targeted influence on consumer behaviour. Taking into account these two types of tasks, the main information flows of the strategic decision-making functional support in the hospitality enterprise management system have been identified. The marketing communications special role for information management tasks both types realization has been underlined and organizational interaction contours with general management other subsystems have been outlined. It has been noted that for the competitive advantages development and business growth for enterprises it is important to create the creativity support environment. The main components of this environment have been highlighted and their stimulating influence on the employees creative potential realization and the enterprise heterogeneous potential have been shown.
