The system of life support of the enterprise activity at the expense of factors of production is characterized. These include: labor, capital, land and entrepreneurial ability. Factors aimed at increasing the standard of living of the food industry are identified. The main components of personnel management, the functions of personnel evaluation at the enterprise, namely: administrative, motivating, guiding and control.<br \/>\nRespondents-employees of the food industry enterprises on the influence of tangible and intangible methods of stimulation and motivation of personnel are analyzed, the minimum existence of intangible factors of influence on the personnel is determined.<br \/>\nThe paper presents a questionnaire study to determine the indicator \u00abstaff loyalty to the brand.\u00bb The author emphasizes that it is impossible to create a quality product without people \/ employees who do not believe in its quality and do not know the advantages of their own product over competitors. The study proposes a method for estimating the integrated indicator of life support of the enterprise taking into account the factor of production \u00abPersonnel\u00bb for industrial enterprises of the Zaporozhye region.
