\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Modern scientific research points to fact that the complex mechanism of management the socio-humanitarian component is a set of different ways purposeful influence of management entities on their activities, on which depends the result of social development at business structures to achieve social policy goals. The article substantiates the organizational mechanism of management the socio-humanitarian component of ensuring the economic security of enterprises, taking into account the influence of factors in the focus modern challenges. It is established that the mechanism of management socio-humanitarian factors of economic security at enterprises is a system of organizational-economic and legal measures to prevent socio-humanitarian and economic threats to enterprises. It is studied that the management of socio-humanitarian factors of economic security of enterprises is considered at the following levels: strategic level – is to eliminate social contradictions or, at least, their localization and weakening; tactical level \u2013 is to solve problems related to the elimination of specific types threats or prevent their impact on the socio-humanitarian sphere; operational level \u2013 at this level of functioning the mechanism of social security at enterprises should be expressed in the elimination of consequences threats and negative impacts, compensation for damages. It is noted that as a practical mechanism to improve the structure of economic security enterprises in the context of the socio-humanitarian component to identify four vectors: the vector of development; security vector; responsibility vector; vector of pride. It is established that the main priority areas of socio-humanitarian and economic policy in the system of economic security enterprises, aimed at sustainable improvement of incomes and quality life of workers, should be ensuring the competitiveness of national production in the material sphere by improving productivity, improving organizational and technological structure of the national economy.
