\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state and prospects for the development of warehousing logistics in Ukraine. The dynamics of commissioned warehouse buildings is analyzed. The general indicators of warehouse logistics development in Ukraine are determined. The main indicators of warehousing logistics development in Ukraine are analyzed. It is analyzed that in recent years there have been trends in the construction and commissioning of new warehouses by the main participants in the logistics market in Ukraine from scratch. It is proved that this approach is economically justified, as it allows to place warehouses exactly where the market is growing rapidly, to use new materials and construction technologies, which in 2-3 years allow to obtain a higher level of profitability and payback than rent or overhaul physically. and obsolete premises as well as to adapt as much as possible to the new logistics route. It is determined that in 2019 the total volume of occupied warehouse space amounted to about 138,000 square meters, which is 12% lower than last year, and the vacancy of warehouses decreased by 4.8%. This is evidence that the warehouse real estate market is characterized by a low level of competition and significant volumes of unmet demand.<br \/>\nReasonably restraining factors of development of the market of logistic outsourcing. The main demand for types of logistics outsourcing is determined. It is proved that in Ukraine the demand for the following types of logistics outsourcing is growing: freight forwarding services both limited (direct transportation of goods) and complex, including documentation, information support, loading and unloading operations; customs clearance services, which are a specific logistics service and require operation within the regulated internal and external legal field; warehousing services, in particular from operators that are able to guarantee specific storage conditions for goods and their insurance; coordination services, packaging \/ repackaging of goods, warehousing, forwarding services, comprehensive services, which are a coordinated system of all logistics business processes and are provided by companies (3PL and 4PL operators) with a complex supply algorithm.<br \/>\nIt has been proven that efficient logistics is also important for the internal market so that affordable, safe and reliable transport and other logistics services can help the Ukrainian economy to develop stably in economic, social and environmental aspects.<br \/>\n<strong>Key words:<\/strong> warehouse logistics, logistics outsourcing, warehouse buildings, development indicators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pitel&#8217; N.
