\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the article is a theoretical study of the nature and directions of changes in the domestic labor market functioning in the context of the contradictory influence of the modern unstable turbulent economy. The control parameters of order are ensure the stability of internal labor market structure and are characterize the basic functional relationships and the current state of these market. In the paper is describing the parameters of the internal labor market: there are stable specific characteristics and ratios of labor market elements, namely: demand, labor supply, labor prices, competition, and labor reserves.<br \/>\nThe global determinants of the internal labor market instability are identified: the introduction of flexible production systems and breakthrough technologies &#8220;Industry 4.0&#8221;, general innovation and informatization of all business processes; deregulation of national economies; development of communication networks, creation of networks of joint activity on the basis of outsourcing; globalization of the economy and the emergence of global electronic markets; demographic aging of the population, the transformation of value orientations, deepening of social inequality. The newest parameters of the GRP order in the global unstable economy are determined. They are: parity of external and internal recruitment; dominance of short-term and atypical labor relations; performance of works on the basis of contracts of civil law character; individualization of the compensation package definition ; parity of individual and group results of work, taking into account employee loyalty and commitment to the norms of corporate behavior; decentralization and individualization of ETS; adaptability of regulation of all parameters of the labor market to the needs of the employer;\u00a0 priority of internal norms and rules of interaction &#8220;employer-staff&#8221; over the provisions of social and labor legislation. It is determined that the consequences of adaptive changes are not always productive in terms of managing the specific functions of the Ukraine labor market It is stated that the long-term systemic consequences of negative changes in the management mechanisms of the domestic labor market in the face of numerous destabilizing effects, especially the Covid-19 pandemic and large-scale impoverishment, are the emergence of &#8220;rut effect&#8221;, ie heredity of the previous trajectory of socio-economic development through the social well-being downing, declining loyalty of the population to the government and satisfaction with the indicators of its activities, which generates in Ukrainian society a corresponding increase in negative social capital and a decrease in the social base of support for Euro-orientational political and economic transformations in Ukraine.<br \/>\n<strong>Keywords:<\/strong> internal labor market, economic instability, order parameters (control parameters), directions of change, employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kalabina E.
