\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex and its infrastructure creates the necessary conditions for the development and progressive growth of the agricultural sector of the national economy. The development of the agro-industrial complex, in today’s conditions, is interconnected with scientific and theoretical research, development and implementation of new technologies and innovations, is a factor of modernization in intra-industry economic activity and its socio-economic sphere. The current state of the infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic limits the socio-economic opportunities in the intra-industry environment and gives inertia to the development of agro-industrial production in the national macroeconomic environment.
\nThe aim of the article is to develop a conceptual model of the management mechanism of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex.
\nMaterials and methods. The theoretical basis in the process of scientific research were the scientific works of famous Ukrainian and foreign scientists, Ukrainian legislation and regulations. During the research, general scientific and special methods were used: analysis, diagnostics, synthesis, induction, deduction – to build a conceptual model of the management mechanism of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex; the method of generalization and specification of the differential tasks of the mechanism of management of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex, etc. was used.
\nResults. The scientific research builds a conceptual model of the mechanism of management of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex.
\nConclusions. According to the results of the study, it is proved that the conceptual model of the management mechanism of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex provides for the formation of a complex of adaptive interaction of agreed components of organizational, structural-functional and methodological nature. in the process of implementing differential goals, in order to improve qualitative and quantitative indicators and competitive advantages in the agro-industrial complex, which will contribute to the sustainable development of the national economy in the face of global challenges.
