In many countries, quality of life surveys use not only monetary criteria (income, expenditure, savings, etc.), but also numerous non-monetary estimates. The latter are based, among other things, on the identification of various subjective and objective limitations.
\nThe concept of inclusive regional development is becoming increasingly pressing and involves the study of parameters that assess the potential of territories for the provision of resources to achieve sustainable development. Potential opportunities are investing based on the savings of the population, which determine capital investment, and therefore \u2014 the level of economic growth of the regions. Since the concept of inclusive regional development involves a shift of emphasis on the person, his quality of life and well-being, it is important to study the parameters of the level of well-being, the impact of well-being on regional development. Inclusive development is now proposed as a panacea for the complex socio-economic challenges facing not only the governments of poor countries but also those that are considered economically developed. The scientific literature offers various approaches to assessing the inclusive development of regions. The level of dependence of GRP on capital investments, the level of investment on household incomes for the period of 2018 in terms of regions of Ukraine was determined based on the t-test with the help of SPSS. The main parametric features of the inclusive regional development are the income of the population and capital investment, which determine the level of economic growth.
\nIt is proved that the income of the population determines the ability of regions to provide investment, the level of investment determines the ability for economic growth. Thus, the resources of the population are an important parameter of inclusive regional development and ensuring the welfare of the population.
