It is set that in many developed countries a management projects is acknowledged important methodology and instrument of planning, control and co-ordination of realization of projects. Marked change in interpretation of project and project management in the economic sphere of our country, insetting of new sense\u00a0 in these concepts domestic managers, financiers, economists, politicians, scientists and businessmen.
\nDetermination of term is Given \u00abproject\u00bb, his economic essence as separate system which is limited in time and purposeful\u00a0 changes, the Latin origin of this term is set. Economic essence of concept \u00abManagement projects\u00bb is exposed as activity, directed on realization of project with maximally possible efficiency at the set limitations in time, facilities (and resources), and also quality of end-point of project. Activity\u00a0 of domestic machine-building enterprises which are in the crisis state is considered. It is set, what position\u00a0 requires from a management the enterprises of active measures on the search of new approaches and methods of management and proper transformation of logistical support their market development. It is certain that\u00a0 in modern economic terms the managers of enterprises\u00a0 see the constituent of increase of competitiveness in the decline of logistic expenses (expenses on a supply, transporting, warehousing and sale products). It is set that it is on such conditions possible to consider investing of projects the most profitable direction of investment facilities on introduction of effective methods in a management economic activity. The place of SWOT is certain in the article \u2013 analysis and PEST-analysis in a management projects on introduction of effective methods in a management, influence of results of analysis, economic activity on acceptance of administrative decisions.
