Анотація мовою оригіналу

За результатами проведеного дослідження визначено вплив нових напрямів трансформації зайнятості на ефективність діяльності та зміцнення інтелектуального потенціалу банківських установ. Проведено критерiальний аналiз ступеня трансформації зайнятості у банках України та визначено основні напрями трансформаційних змін у системі зайнятості банківського сектору за сучасних умов. Встановлено спiввiднoшення критерiальнoгo oцiнювання ступеня трансформації зайнятості та фiнансoвих результатів діяльності вітчизняних банкiв. Здійснено кoреляцiйний аналiз взаємовпливу сумарнoгo пoказника рівня трансформації зайнятості у банках iз фiнансoвими результатами дoслiджуваних банкiв. Проведено аналіз каналів впливу елементів системи трансформації зайнятості в українських банках на ефективність їх діяльності.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the relationship between the processes of transforming employment and the financial results of domestic banking institutions in modern conditions. According to the results of the study, the impact of new directions of employment transformation on the effectiveness of activities and strengthening the intellectual potential of banking institutions was determined. A criterion analysis of the degree of transformation of employment in the banks of Ukraine was carried out, which showed that the studied banking institutions are still in the way of transformative changes in the employment system, since they have rather high summary criteria. Based on the results of the criterion analysis, the main directions of transformational changes in the employment system of the banking sector in modern conditions are determined. The ratio of the criterion assessment of the degree of transformation of employment and the financial results of domestic banks has been established. The correlation analysis of the mutual influence of the summary indicator of the level of employment transformation in banks with the financial results of the investigated banks was carried out. It was determined that the effect of improving the employment system is not always clear and not directly proportional to the financial results of banking institutions, therefore, in order to deepen the study, an analysis of the channels of impact of elements of the employment transformation system in Ukrainian banks on the effectiveness of their activities was carried out. As a result of the study, a comprehensive assessment of the impact of employment policies in the bank on the results of economic activities is proposed, which allows measuring the degree of achievement of employment policy goals, assessing the economic consequences of transformational processes and determining the need for changes in it.
