Анотація мовою оригіналу

Робота спрямована на вивчення та аналіз останніх нововведень у сфері управліннями авіаційними компаніями. Також значну увагу приділено виявленню основних негативних факторів, що вплинули на радикальні зміни системи авіаційного менеджменту протягом останніх кількох років.
У роботі узагальнено як позитивний, так і негативний зарубіжний досвід у спробах швидкого перестроювання авіаційної транспортної системи відповідно до вимог сучасного світу. Було встановлено, що внутрішнє управління більшості компаній, пов’язаних з авіаційною сферою діяльності, виявилося не готовим до різкої зміни навколишнього їх економічного середовища, запасів врахованих фінансових резервів виявилося недостатньо, а подальші управлінські рішення лише погіршили ситуацію. Але все ж частина компаній на міжнародному ринку змогли утримати свої позиції, і лише не в багатьох випадках – за рахунок державної підтримки. Досліджено, що для мінімізації негативного впливу розглянутих зовнішніх факторів необхідно проводити переспрямування наявних ресурсів на підтримку функціонування підприємства, змінювати план діяльності і відповідно перебудовувати її щодо відредагованого варіанту. Результат від виділених умов безпосередньо залежить від професіоналізму менеджера і його команди. Крім того, важливість фінансової підтримки з боку державних органів влади, не піддатися сумніву, адже основна проблема, з якою зіткнулися практично всі компанії – це фінансові втрати, а за рахунок зовнішньої підтримки її можна частково вирішити.
Запропоновано переглянути основні принципи авіаційного менеджменту і включити в процес планування діяльності компанії можливість часткової зміни сфери діяльності за негативних обставин. Мета впровадження даної ідеї полягає в тому, щоб не допустити банкрутства компанії через нестачу фінансових коштів. Таке негативне явище притаманне економіці сучасного світу, адже за останні роки кількість авіакомпаній значно скоротилася, в більшій частині через нездатність в адаптації до карантинних обмежень.

Розширена анотація англійською мовою

The work is aimed at studying and analyzing the latest innovations in the field of management of aviation companies. Also, considerable attention is paid to identifying the main negative factors that have influenced the radical changes in the aviation management system over the past few years.
The article summarizes both positive and negative foreign experience in attempts to quickly rebuild the aviation transport system in accordance with the requirements of the modern world. It was found that the internal management of most companies associated with the aviation sector was not ready for a sharp change in their economic environment, the reserves of financial reserves were not enough, and further management decisions only worsened the situation. But still, some companies in the international market were able to maintain their positions, and only in a few cases – at the expense of state support. It is established that in order to minimize the negative impact of the considered external factors, it is necessary to redirect existing resources to maintain the functioning of the enterprise, change the business plan and, accordingly, rebuild it relative to the edited version. The result of the selected conditions directly depends on the professionalism of the Manager and his team. In addition, the importance of financial support from state authorities cannot be doubted, because the main problem faced by almost all companies is financial losses, and due to external support, it can be partially solved.
It is proposed to review the basic principles of aviation management and include in the planning process of the company’s activities the possibility of partial changes in the scope of activities under negative circumstances.
The purpose of implementing this idea is to prevent the company from going bankrupt due to lack of financial resources. This negative phenomenon is inherent in the economy of the modern world, because in recent years, the number of airlines has significantly decreased, mostly due to the inability to adapt to quarantine restrictions.
