Анотація мовою оригіналу

Охарактеризовано поняття ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Визначено актуальність управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах. Доведено, що якісне управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства потребує його попереднього декомпонування на складові. Узагальнено низку наукових підходів до структурування складових ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Ідентифіковано особливості та визначено структуру ресурсного потенціалу машинобудівного підприємства. Вказано на місце ресурсного потенціалу в системі економічного потенціалу машинобудівного підприємства. Ресурсний потенціал трактується як функціонально-структурний елемент економічного потенціалу, що визначає якість процесів формування та ефективного використання ресурсного забезпечення з метою підтримання ефективності функціонування та розвитку економічної системи підприємства. Визначені складові ресурсного потенціалу: виробнича, ресурсно-сировинна, техніко-технологічна, інтелектуально-кадрова, фінансово-інвестиційна, нематеріальна, науково-технічна, інфраструктурна, маркетингова, логістична, інформаційна та екологічна.
Ключові слова: підприємства машинобудування, економічний потенціал, ресурсний потенціал, структурна декомпозиція.

The article highlights the theoretical and methodological bases of the concept and structural potential of the resource potential of the enterprise.
The purpose of the article is the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations, defining the content of the concept and the implementation of the structuring of the resource potential of the enterprise.
It is shown that the concept of resource potential of the enterprise is characterized. The relevance of resource management of the enterprise in modern conditions is determined. It is proved that high-quality management of resource potential of the enterprise requires its preliminary decomposition into components. A number of scientific approaches to structuring the components of the resource potential of the enterprise are generalized.
Features and structure of resource potential of the machine-building enterprise are identified. The place of resource potential in the system of economic potential of the machine-building enterprise is indicated. Resource potential is interpreted as a functional and structural element of economic potential, which determines the quality of the processes of formation and effective use of resource provision in order to maintain the efficiency of functioning and development of the economic system of the enterprise.
The components of resource potential are determined: production, resource-raw materials, technical-technological, intellectual-personnel, financial-investment, intangible, scientific-technical, infrastructural, marketing, logistic, informational and ecological of machine-building enterprise. Resource potential is interpreted as a functional-structural element of economic potential, which determines the quality of the processes of formation and effective use of resource provision in order to maintain the efficiency of functioning and development of the economic system of the enterprise.
Scientific novelty of the research is in proving that the decisive role of resource management of machine-building enterprises is confirmed by the implementation of such tasks as the formation of resource provision of the production process for the implementation of the production program and the plan of strategic development of production; innovation and technological modernization of the production complex, strengthening the technological competitiveness of products and enterprises; effective use of intellectual, personnel and scientific and technical support; development of a system of resource provision for the development and introduction to the market of new samples of competitive products.
