Анотація мовою оригіналу

У статті розкрито зміст процесу проектного підходу в інтелектуальній сфері у сучасних умовах, досліджено окремі аспекти проектного менеджменту з метою їх застосування. А також узагальнені теоретичні підходи, та визначені їх основі сутності та сучасні функції при застосуванні проектного менеджменту. Доведено, що використання проектного підходу дозволить активізувати успішне проведення реформування системи виробництва на основі інтелектуального продукту.
Метою дослідження став аналіз змісту процесу управління проєктами, а також впровадження проєктних рішень у практичній діяльності. Дослідження окремих аспектів проектного менеджменту з метою їх застосування в інтелектуальній сфері. А також узагальнити теоретичні підходи, та визначити їх основі сутності та сучасних функцій при застосуванні проектного менеджменту, та норм права, що регулюють відносини інтелектуальної власності у сфері наукових досліджень.
Зроблено висновок про те, що: технологія управління проектами дозволяє вирішити багато проблем при реалізації того чи іншого нововведення чи інновації на підприємстві. Технологія дозволяє чітко контролювати основні параметри проекту: витрати, якість і час. Всі дані по проекту від витрат на виробництво рекламних проспектів до показників ефективності організовуються в єдину інформаційну базу. Вона робить можливим планування, вимірювання в процесі здійснення і коригування в відповідність з поточною ситуацією.
Загальнодоступність інформаційної бази усуває проблеми складності організації комунікацій між членами проектної команди. Чіткість, наочність, вимірність всіх процесів дозволяють ефективніше досягати поставлених цілей, заощаджуючи ресурс часу і грошей і безперервно збільшуючи якість послуг, що надаються. Управління проектами допоможе справлятися з великими обсягами інформації та великою кількістю паралельних завдань, що так важливо для підприємств. Також технологія дозволяє використовувати досвід реалізації проектів в майбутньому, залучати інвесторів і партнерів за рахунок раніше отриманих результатів
Використання проектного підходу дозволить активізувати успішне проведення реформування системи виробництва. Розуміння сутності проектного менеджменту, практики йог застосування та значення для будь якої організації дасть можливість підвищити ефективність їх діяльності.

The article reveals the content of the process of project approach in the intellectual sphere in modern conditions, explores some aspects of project management in order to apply them. And also the theoretical approaches are generalized, and their basis of essence and modern functions at application of project management are defined. It is proved that the use of the project approach will intensify the successful reform of the production system based on the intellectual product.
The aim of the study was to analyze the content of the project management process, as well as the implementation of project solutions in practice. Research of separate aspects of project management for the purpose of their application in the intellectual sphere. And also to generalize theoretical approaches, and to define their basis of essence and modern functions at application of project management, and the norms of the law regulating relations of intellectual property in the field of scientific researches.
It is concluded that: project management technology can solve many problems in the implementation of a particular innovation or innovation in the enterprise. The technology allows you to clearly control the main parameters of the project: cost, quality and time. All project data from the cost of production of brochures to efficiency indicators are organized into a single information base. It makes it possible to plan, measure in the process of implementation and adjust according to the current situation.
Public availability of the information base eliminates the problems of complexity of organization of communications between members of the project team. Clarity, clarity, measurability of all processes allow to achieve the set goals more effectively, saving a resource of time and money and continuously increasing the quality of services provided. Project management will help to cope with large amounts of information and a large number of parallel tasks, which is so important for businesses. Also the technology allows to use experience of realization of projects in the future, to involve investors and partners at the expense of earlier received results.
Using a project approach will intensify the successful reform of the production system. Understanding the essence of project management, the practice of its application and importance for any organization will increase the efficiency of their activities.
