В статті розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку системи управління підприємством та запропоновано концептуальну модель трансформації системи управління підприємством в умовах інноваційних змін у діджитал-середовищі, яка охоплює механізми, драйвери трансформації з врахуванням стрімкого розвитку цифрових технологій та рівня їх впливу. Запропонована концепція системи моніторингу інноваційних змін зовнішнього контуру, як складової трансформаційної системи управління підприємством.
     Ключові слова: система управління підприємством, інноваційні зміни, трансформація, діджитал-середовище, інновації, моніторинг.

     Globalization, high dynamics of innovative changes in the digital environment require from the enterprise management system adequate mechanisms of its transformation to ensure a rapid response to current trends of such changes. Any changes in the external environment clearly necessitate the introduction of mechanisms that are determined by the process of changing the parameters and elements of the management system to adjust the activities of the enterprise, which must be implemented on the basis of scientific validity and practical feasibility. Such changes in the parameters of the system should include not only a mechanism for responding to threats to the environment, but also provide an innovative vector for the development of the enterprise.
The article discusses theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the enterprise management system and offers a conceptual model for the transformation of the enterprise management system in the context of innovative changes in the digital environment, which covers the mechanisms and drivers of transformation, taking into account the rapid development of digital technologies and the level of their impact. The concept of a system for monitoring innovative changes in the external contour as a component of the transformational enterprise management system is proposed.
As a result of the transformation of the management system in terms of innovative changes in the digital environment is expected to implement measures for flexible response to change, ensuring a constant search for competitive advantages in the market, adaptation to stakeholders, increasing the intellectualization of management, which will increase efficiency. meet the requirements and constant challenges of the external environment.
