Анотація мовою оригіналу

      Об’єктом дослідження є міжнародний аспект потреби запровадження еколого – економічного управління урбаністичними територіями. На даний час зростання чисельності населення, розростання урбаністичних територій, стале погіршення оточуючого природнього середовища, скорочення наявності вичерпних джерел енергії не є суто національними, вони переплітаються із міжнародними тенденціями та носять спільний характер. Як наслідок, в умовах сьогодення, та в тенденціях на майбутнє, прийняття обґрунтованих еколого – економічних рішень в частині управління територіями стає головною парадигмою як на міжнародному, так і на національному рівнях.
За результатами проведеного аналізу з’ясовано, що світова урбанізація провокує посилений тиск на навколишнє природнє середовище, а тенденції її розвитку супроводжуються прискореним попитом на супутні товари, роботи, послуги, інфраструктуру, робочі місця, землю та доступне для мешканців житло. Так, при незначній територіальній завантаженості суші Землі урбанізованими територіями, споживання ними добутої людством енергії та обсяги здійснених ними викидів в атмосферу вуглецю є катастрофічними.
Поряд з цим визначено, що застосування моделювання впливу урбанізованих територій на екологію, які включають в себе багатовекторність даного впливу та тривалий часовий проміжок, вказують на чіткі негативні тенденції, які становлять загрозою здоров’ю та життю населення міст, в тому числі, наприклад, повені, ерозії узбережжя, підвищення рівня моря та екстремальні погодні явища на прибережних частинах міст.
Задля реалізації заходів, спрямованих на призупинення негативних процесів потрібно не менше як п’ятикратне зменшення викидів вуглекислого газу. В цілому, для подальшого уникнення сталих людських, соціальних та економічних втрат, пом’якшення ризику катастроф та зміни клімату, управлінські рішення повинні бути спрямовані саме на стабілізацію та покращення еколого-економічної стійкості урбаністичних територій.

      The object of research is the international aspect of the need to introduce ecological and economic management of urban areas. At present, population growth, urban sprawl, persistent environmental degradation, reduction of depletion of energy sources are not purely national, they are intertwined with international trends and are common. As a result, in the conditions of the present, and in the tendencies for the future, acceptance of the reasonable ecological – economic decisions concerning the management of territories becomes the main paradigm both at the international, and at national levels.
The analysis shows that globalization is provoking increased pressure on the environment, and trends in its development are accompanied by accelerated demand for related goods, works, services, infrastructure, jobs, land and affordable housing. Thus, with a small territorial load of the Earth’s land on urban areas, the consumption of energy produced by mankind and the amount of carbon emissions they make are catastrophic.
In addition, it was determined that the application of modeling the impact of urban areas on the environment, which include the multi-vector nature of this impact and a long period of time, indicate clear negative trends that threaten the health and lives of urban populations, including, for example, floods , coastal erosion, sea level rise and extreme weather events in coastal parts of cities.
Measures to halt negative processes require at least a five-fold reduction in carbon emissions. In general, in order to further avoid sustainable human, social and economic losses, mitigate the risk of disasters and climate change, management decisions should be aimed at stabilizing and improving the environmental and economic sustainability of urban areas.
