Рассмотрена физико-математической модель предложенной индукторной системы и проведен теоретический анализ протекающих в ней электромагнитных процессов. Получены численные оценки характеристик возбуждаемых полей, что позволяет обосновать практическую дееспособность рассматриваемой системы. Результаты исследований могут быть использованы при формировании новых схем оборудования для магнитно-импульсной обработки металлов.

The purpose of this work is a theoretical analysis and assessment of the electromagnetic processes characteristics in the proposed inductor system with an external bifilar solenoid. The obtained numerical estimates of the excited current dependences allow us to justify the practical applicability of the investigated inductor system. The radial and longitudinal dependences of the current induced in the inductor metal are calculated. It is shown that under the accepted conditions the time functions of the induced and exciting current are the same. It is established that in the longitudinal distribution of the induced current there is no constant component, which leads to a change in the corresponding integral dependence in comparison with the distribution of the excitation current. The decrease in the amplitude of the induced current occurs with a relative increase in the period of the bifilar winding. The smallest magnitude of the induced current should be observed at a sufficiently small difference between the radial dimensions of the internal inductor, the first and second windings of the bifilar, which is practically possible in inductor systems with sufficiently large transverse dimensions. Scientific novelty consists in proposing the idea of constructive design of the inductor system, its physical and mathematical model, analysis of the electromagnetic processes taking place with numerical estimates of the dependences of the excited current, which allows substantiating the practical operability of the investigated inductor system. The obtained numerical estimates of the dependences of the excited current allow substantiating the practical applicability of the studied inductor system. A very promising area for further research is an experimental study of electromagnetic processes in the proposed design of an inductor system with external bifilar coils. The research results can be used in the selection of working design solutions for the corresponding elements of new circuits of equipment for magnetic pulse metal processing.
