Анотація мовою оригіналу

У публікації розглядається проблема управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства в умовах розвитку біоекономіки за результатами огляду та систематизації наукової літератури з питання теоретико-методологічних засад еволюції теорії інтелектуального капіталу та особливостей нематеріальних активів підприємства як об’єкта управління в системі корпоративного менеджменту. З урахуванням основних функцій та запропонованої моделі інтелектуального капіталу підприємства визначено підходи, принципи, положення та функцій системи управління даним активом підприємства. Проблема прогностичності та результативності впровадження системи управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства може бути вирішена через глибоке пізнання сутності, специфічності, унікальності природи та особливостей генези кожного складового елементу інтелектуального капіталу підприємства та пізнання механізмів їх синергічної взаємодії. Передбачається, що практична реалізація концепції формування, управління та ефективного використання зеленого інтелектуального капіталу підвищить якість управління корпоративним інтелектуальним капіталом в умовах зеленого підприємництва.

Economized definition of the intellectual capital of the enterprise has been done as an effective tool for making a profit and increasing the financial capital of shareholders contradicts the modern direction of economic thought in the post-industrial development of society with a social dominant of possible spectra of economic development – the bioeconomy. The structure and methods of assessing the level of the intellectual capital development have been debatable, and the existing ones have been not sufficiently reflecting the features of this asset in the field of green entrepreneurship, service sector, the definition of mechanisms for managing the development of the social capital of green enterprises. Our study has been involved solving the following tasks: review and systematization of scientific literature on the theoretical and methodological foundations of the evolution of the theory of the intellectual capital of the enterprise; definition of features of intangible assets of the enterprise as an object of management in the system of corporate management; the determination of the main functions of the intellectual capital of the enterprise, taking into account the importance of such for the development of green entrepreneurship; presentation of the model of the intellectual capital of the enterprise at the present stage of development of the theory of intellectual capital of the enterprise, as well as approaches, principles, provisions and functions of the management system of the intellectual capital of the enterprise in the modern bioeconomy. Effective management of the intellectual capital of the enterprise opens strategic prospects for its development, as it helps to increase competitiveness, innovation and investment attractiveness. The practical implementation of the concept of formation, the management and effective use of green intellectual capital have been will improve the quality of the corporate intellectual capital management in green entrepreneurship. The problem of predictability and effectiveness of the management system of the intellectual capital of the enterprise can be solved by a deep knowledge of the nature, specificity, uniqueness of nature and features of the genesis of each component of the intellectual capital of the enterprise and the knowledge of mechanisms of synergistic interaction. the ability to self-sustain and self-development acquire the principle of systematization and complementarity.
