У дослідженні актуалізовано проблематику державного підходу до формування інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення стану фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємницького сектора національної економіки на основі побудови системи відповідного статистичного спостереження. Метою дослідження визначено удосконалення статистичного спостереження в системі управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємницького сектора національної економіки України. Визначено переваги і недоліки існуючого в Україні статистичного спостереження за параметрами фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємництва. Узагальнено існуючу систему моніторингу та діагностики функціонування і розвитку сектору малого підприємництва в Україні та її аспекти в контексті економічної безпеки. Висвітлено послідовність стратегічної діагностики стану суб’єктів підприємництва за Ж. Тібо. Визначено систему об’єктів статистичного спостереження фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємницького сектора національної економіки.

The study updates the issues of the state approach to the formation of information and analytical support for the state of financial and economic security of the entrepreneurial sector of the national economy based on the construction of a system of appropriate statistical observation. The purpose of the study is to improve statistical monitoring in the financial and economic security management system of the entrepreneurial sector of the national economy of Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing in Ukraine statistical monitoring of parameters of financial and economic security of entrepreneurship are determined. The existing system of monitoring and diagnosis of the functioning and development of the small business sector in Ukraine and its aspects in the context of economic security are summarized. The sequence of strategic diagnosis of the state of business entities according to J. Thibault is highlighted. The system of objects of statistical observation of financial and economic security of the entrepreneurial sector of the national economy is defined.
It was concluded that in Ukraine it is necessary to introduce statistical monitoring of the state of parameters of financial and economic security of entrepreneurship. The information collected in this way will serve as a sufficient analytical basis for identifying the shortcomings of the regulatory and legal environment of domestic business and developing, on this basis, high-quality, effective management decisions to overcome the most significant obstacles to strengthening the financial and economic security of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the improvement of the methodological and applied principles of the state policy of forming statistical monitoring of the financial and economic security of the business sector.
The applied value of the research results lies in the improvement of the system of information and analytical support for the management of financial and economic security of the entrepreneurial sector of the national economy of Ukraine.
