Стаття присвячена оцінці сучасного стану функціонування підприємств тваринництва в Україні та обгрунтуванню напрямів щодо формування стратегії реновації суб’єктів аграрного виробництва. Ідентифіковано, що нестабільність соціально-економічної ситуації в Україні, низький рівень концентрації капіталу в аграрній сфері, диспаритет цін між сільськогосподарською продукцією і продукцією промисловості та його наслідки зумовили хронічні проблеми у сфері тваринництва. Обґрунтовaно, що формувaння мaтeрiaльно-тeхнiчної бaзи суб’єктів aгрaрного виробництва вiдповiдно до cучacних cвiтових cтaндaртiв, пiдвищeння рiвня фондозaбeзпeчeноcтi гaлузi, розширeнe вiдтворeння оcновного кaпiтaлу потрeбують знaчних iнвecтицiй, якi можнa зaбeзпeчити шляхом комплeкcу iнcтитуцiонaльних зaходiв у процeci формування стратегії рeновaцiй. Запропонована інтегрована система інституційного забезпечення реновацій у контексті стратегічного розвитку виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємств тваринництва. Вирішення проблем реновації та розвитку підприємств тваринництва вимагає комплексного підходу, формування єдиної стратегії і механізму розвитку підприємств на основі міжгалузевої інтеграції і активізації інноваційних процесів. Реновація тваринництва має ґрунтуватися на перебудові моделі його ведення за мережевим принципом на основі розробки прогресивних ресурсозберігаючих маловитратних механізованих технологій виробництва і переробки продукції по замкнутому циклу з використанням новітніх проектно-технологічних рішень.

The article is devoted to the assessment of the current state of functioning of livestock enterprises in Ukraine and substantiation of directions for the formation of the strategy of renovation of agricultural production entities. Transformation of the management system of the national economy, reforming the organizational and economic mechanism necessitates the creation of a flexible structure of agricultural enterprises that would stimulate farmers to entrepreneurial and creative initiative. Achieving this goal is associated with the implementation of a multifaceted set of successive measures. They are presented to us in the form of three interdependent links: the first – immediate measures of a general economic nature, affecting all levels of government; second – improving the economic mechanism of the agricultural enterprise; third – improving the organizational structure of the agricultural enterprise. It is necessary to find the optimal combination between the measures of strategic planned regulation and the market mechanism. It is identified that the instability of the socio-economic situation in Ukraine, the low level of capital concentration in the agricultural sector, the price disparity between agricultural and industrial products and its consequences have led to chronic problems in the livestock sector. An integrated system of institutional support for renovations in the context of strategic development of production and economic activities of livestock enterprises is proposed. Solving the problems of renovation and development of livestock enterprises requires a comprehensive approach, the formation of a unified strategy and mechanism for the development of enterprises on the basis of intersectoral integration and intensification of innovation processes. Renovation of livestock should be based on the restructuring of the model of its management on a network basis based on the development of advanced resource-saving low-cost mechanized technologies of production and processing of products in a closed cycle using the latest design and technological solutions.
