У статті розглянуто можливості інноваційного фінансування проектів компаній з використанням краудфандингових платформ на основі застосування світового досвіду. Проаналізовано процес розвитку краудфандингу в світі та показано його роль у фінансуванні підприємницьких проектів. Значну увагу приділено аналізу міжнародних та вітчизняних платформ краудфандингу, а також специфіці формування витрат для компаній залежно від моделей краудфандингу.

In the last decade, crowdfunding has begun to play a significant role in the world economy as a way of financing community-based projects via the Internet to a wide range of people. It emerged as a way of financing art projects and very quickly spread to business and consumption financing. The highest growth rates of crowdfunding were demonstrated by China, whose share in 2017 was 85.5%, although in 2018 its share decreased significantly. In practice, crowdfunding has become widespread around the world, and platforms that take into account the interests of both borrowers and lenders are becoming increasingly popular. In this article, we explore the main crowdfunding platforms and show their features. At the same time, we show the development of crowdfunding in Ukraine and find out the reasons for its slow development, which are insufficient development of IT technology, low material level of the population, imperfect legislation that would protect against fraud in this area. At this stage, the little-studied problem of crowdfunding is studied – the costs of companies that have decided to borrow money through one of the crowdfunding platforms. The costs of companies that want to invest in their projects depend on the platforms used and the ways to repay the borrowed funds. For domestic companies, the ability to compare costs and use the most cost-effective ways to cover costs is important. Studying this problem will help companies to take into account the costs of implementing planned projects.
