Реалізація сучасними суб’єктами господарювання концепції сталого розвитку зумовлює актуальність досліджень в напрямку оптимального використання ресурсів та їх збереження. Більшість вітчизняних агропродовольчих підприємств характеризується відсутністю чіткої стратегії ресурсозбереження та сформованої системи управління ресурсозберігаючим розвитком. Основною метою статті є характеристика системи менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємств агропродовольчої сфери України та надання рекомендацій щодо удосконалення організаційно-кадрового та інформаційного забезпечення, що стосуються даного напряму розвитку суб’єкту господарювання. В ході дослідження виявлено, що система менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємств агропродовольчої сфери містить в собі суб’єкт та об’єкт управління, які постійно взаємодіють між собою. Результатом процесів, пов’язаних з виробничою та управлінською діяльністю, є те, що всі наявні та залучені ресурси підприємства трансформуються в фінансовий результат діяльності підприємства у вигляді прибутку або збитку, готову продукцію та послуги або знання та інформацію, які можна використовувати в майбутній діяльності суб’єкта господарювання. Система менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємств агропродовольчої сфери передбачає управління об’єктами ресурсного потенціалу. В статті розглянуті основні елементи системи менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємств в залежності від розміру суб’єкту господарювання, визначені форми звітності, які містять інформацію про використання природних та матеріальних ресурсів. Визначено, що для формування ефективної системи менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку на підприємствах агропродовольчої сфери України необхідно враховувати не тільки наявність системи управління, але і організаційної підтримки, фінансування, мотиваційних програм ресурсозбереження. З метою удосконалення організаційно-кадрового забезпечення менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємств агропродовольчої сфери було запропоновано створення проектної групи з ресурсозбереження, що є більш ефективним і універсальним, ніж введення в організаційну структуру управління посад у вигляді менеджера з ресурсозбереження. Для формування ефективної системи менеджменту ресурсозберігаючого розвитку підприємства важливо здійснити якісну її оцінку та з метою прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень спрогнозувати первинні і інтегральні показники показники.

The implementation of the concept of sustainable development by modern business entities determines the relevance of research in the direction of optimal use of resources and their conservation. Most domestic agri-food enterprises are characterized by the lack of a clear strategy for resource conservation and a well-established system for managing resource-saving development. The main purpose of the article is to characterize the management system of resource-saving development of agri-food enterprises of Ukraine and provide recommendations for improving the organizational, personnel and information support related to this area of development of the business entity. The study revealed that the management system of resource-saving development of agri-food enterprises includes a subject and an object of management, which constantly interact with each other. The result of processes related to production and management activities is that all available and attracted resources of the enterprise are transformed into the financial result of the enterprise in the form of profit or loss, finished products and services or knowledge and information that can be used in future activities. object of management. The management system of resource-saving development of agro-food enterprises provides for the management of resource potential objects. The article considers the main elements of the management system of resource-saving development of enterprises depending on the size of the business entity, identifies reporting forms that contain information about the use of natural and material resources. It is determined that for the formation of an effective management system of resource-saving development at the enterprises of agro-food sphere of Ukraine it is necessary to take into account not only the availability of management system, but also organizational support, financing, motivational programs of resource saving. In order to improve the organizational and personnel support of management of resource-saving development of agri-food enterprises, it was proposed to create a project group on resource conservation, which is more effective and universal than the introduction of organizational structure of positions in the form of resource conservation manager. To form an effective management system for resource-saving development of the enterprise, it is important to make a qualitative assessment and to make effective management decisions to predict the primary and integrated indicators.
