У дослідженні автором проведено аналіз можливості забезпечення адаптації системи технічної підтримки парків техніки органів Державної прикордонної служби до умов її функціонування. Запропоновано алгоритм функціонування системи, який забезпечує усунення існуючого прихованого конфлікту та чотирьохрівневу адаптацію системи до змін у середовищі функціонування.
Ключові слова: система технічної підтримки, системний аналіз, конфлікт, адаптивна система, парк техніки, технічне обслуговування і ремонт.

The author of the publication analysed the state of functioning of the adaptive system of technical support of vehicles fleet of the State Border Guard Service. The analysis showed the presence of a hidden conflict in the system. The basis of the conflict is a mismatch between the capabilities of the system and the need for technical effects on the vehicles. Therefore there is a need to ensure the possibility of adapting the system of technical support of vehicles fleet to the operating conditions. The peculiarity of the system is the need to ensure the autonomy of the individual components. Each component must have a separate structure. Each individual structure should provide their own methods of combination of technical effects on vehicles. An array of combinations will form the administrative impact that will achieve the goal of functioning of the system of technical support of vehicles fleet of the State Border Guard Service. It must also be possible to adapt the individual elements of the system and the system of technical support of vehicles fleet of the State Border Guard Service as a whole. The choice of a rational combination of methods of technical influences on the machine will change the structure of the system. This will ensure the adaptation of the system at its various levels. The algorithm proposed by the author of the system of technical support of vehicles fleet of the State Border Guard Service functioning allows for adaptation at four levels. Each of the adaptation levels provides different system adaptation speeds. It allows to choose the optimal level of adaptation to the system of technical support of vehicles fleet of the State Border Guard Service, depending on the ultimate management goal. It also provides the adjustment of the management objectives.
